1. Bathroom Carpet to Calming Refuge
If you think carpets shouldn’t be allowed in bathrooms, Liz Stanley of Say Yes blog is right there with you. The very first thing she did when she got the keys to her new home was rip up the stained green carpet in the primary bathroom.
Using soothing Oyster Shell and White Wash from our budget-friendly Foundations collection, Liz created a two-toned spa-like sanctuary full of symmetrically stacked tile–and not a hint of carpet to be seen.
Here are the before and after photos side by side.

2. A Kitchen that Shot for the Moon
Elena of This House 5000 started with an uninspiring canvas thanks to this dark galley, but she had a vision.
With the help of a handpainted half-moon Tile floor, her new and virtually unrecognizable kitchen is a boho-chic space drenched in natural light.

3. Swathed in Rainbow Stripes
This dated bathroom needed some help, and instead of playing it safe, the homeowner decided to take a risk that paid off in a big way.
Boldly wrapped in colorful rainbow-striped tile, the final result is an instant pick-me-up that brings all the smiles.

4. A Work of Arch
Lauren Bradshaw thought outside the box for this remodel–specifically, outside of the tiny box of a bathroom in this historic Tudor home.
By punching through a wall and adding a tub/shower clad with warm-toned Sand Dune Tile and framed by a gorgeous archway, Lauren created an unforgettable showpiece.

5. Elevated Entryway
Nondescript and completely unmemorable, this entryway wasn’t exactly the warm welcome home its homeowner was craving.
Eclectic wall accents, fresh plants, and a positively magnetic black floor in our specialty-shape Picket Tile gave the entryway a breath of fresh air.

6. A Touch of Sporty Spice
The basement bathroom in Emily Vallely-Pertzborn’s Foxcroft Estate was dated and lacked personality…until Emily got her hands on it.
Now bursting with preppy vibes in every square inch, the renovated bathroom features Clover green walls and a shower interspersed with two bright rugby-style yellow stripes. Groovy!

So she brightened it up with lots of white and a stellar theme, from the rug full of constellations to the Star and Cross Tile backsplash.

8. A Salton Sea Sanctuary
DIY maven Kenna of The Flip Hubb wanted a serene sanctuary, and her very 90s bathroom wasn’t doing it for her.

9. Chef’s Kiss Traditional

16. A Sweet Bridal Suite
The best thing this room had going for it previously was its great source of light–hence the houseplants.

From left to right here is the original 1927 exterior, the building after significant modifications, and the final restored result.

24. The Power of Pink Brick
The best way to describe the previous version of this bathroom might be “very rustic cabin.”
The refreshed space is completely unrecognizable thanks to designer Rae Rockwell, who reached for soft pink Mojave Brick that nods to the old rustic interior with its organic textural feel.
