We design your layout
Our team translates your ideas into photorealistic 3D renderings to scale and exact specifications. You’ll receive multiple angles of the space with all your Fireclay selections so you can visualize the final look down to the last trim detail.

Review & refine together
Collaborate 1-on-1 with your designer to request any revisions: modify the pattern, change trim selections, update size or color, and more. We’ll ship physical tile samples of your selected colors directly to your doorstep so you can also see the colors in person.
Design Packages FAQ
What should a client bring to their initial consultation?
Any of the following would be beneficial to bring to the initial conversation with a Design Consultant: Floor plans or images of their space, inspiration images, favorite glaze colors, finishes and shapes, any other finishes they are excited about or plan to use (wallpaper, vanity, paint colors, etc.), timeline and budget details if any apply, and specific measurements along with hardware finishes, and any specific design elements (lighting, etc) that they are working with.
Do the Design Packages include full interior design services for my entire space?
Our Design Packages focus on visualizing your tile selections within your space, or tile and bath selections within your bathroom. We’ll create photorealistic renderings that incorporate your chosen cabinets, countertops, lighting, and other design elements to help you see how Fireclay’s tile and bath products complement your overall vision. We do not provide design services for those other elements.
How long does it take to complete a rendering?

Can I customize the elements within a design package?
Absolutely! You can customize tile selections, cabinets, countertops, lighting, hardware, and more to suit your style and needs.
Who makes up the dedicated team assigned to my project?
Your team includes a Design Consultant who leads the project, a Rendering Artist who creates your 3D visualizations, and a Project Manager who ensures the project stays on schedule.
How are the free tile samples provided?
Tile color samples are shipped directly to your address so you can see and feel the quality and color accuracy of our tiles.
What should I do if I have a tight deadline?
Inform your Design Consultant during the initial consultation so we can prioritize your project and explore expedited options for design and delivery.
What happens during a virtual design consultation?
During the consultation, your Design Consultant will discuss your vision, review your materials, and refine the design plan. It’s an interactive session to ensure all your needs are met.
How do I schedule my virtual design consultations?
Once your initial package purchase is complete, you will receive a link to schedule your consultation at a time that suits you.
Will my rendering accurately reflect all products in the space?
We can only speak to the rendering quality, texture, and finish of Fireclay Tile and Bath products. Although we’ll try our best to match your specifications, all other product offerings included in the renderings are subject to interpretation. Please see our Design Packages pages for examples.
How do I provide feedback on the designs I receive?
Feedback can be given during your virtual consultations, through email, or by contacting your Design Consultant directly.
What if I need more than one round of revisions?
Additional revisions and/or options can be purchased as needed. Please inquire about the costs for additional revisions with your design consultant.
Can I see examples of previous projects completed with Fireclay Design Packages?
Yes, visit our Design Packages Page or contact our customer support to view a gallery of completed projects.
What is the installation support provided in the package?
Installation support includes detailed guidelines and technical support from our team to ensure your contractors can accurately install the tiles according to the design specifications.
My client is using competitor tile or bath products and wants to include it in their rendering. Is this something we can do?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer the option to include competitor tiles or bath products in our renderings. In this case, you have two options. You can either omit it from your request and use a standard material in its place or you can find a Fireclay Tile equivalent to be used. If you decide to use a FCT equivalent, please let the team know that it is just a placeholder and not to include it on the featured products page.
