Our process offers two paths: customizing one of our existing patterns with your own colorway, or commissioning a unique design tailored specifically to your project.

01 - Initial Consultation

During our consultation, you’ll share your desired tile size, reference images, color choices, and project scope.

02 - Project Assessment & Quote

Our team assesses feasibility and provides a comprehensive quote, including custom screen fees if applicable.

03 - Order Confirmation

Quote approval and payment of the custom screen fee formally begins the design and artwork phase.

04 - Design & Artwork

We create the digital artwork and color paint sheet for your sign-off before physical samples are made.

05 - Sample Approval & Order

Your approved physical sample triggers the final order payment and moves your project into production.

06 - Production & Delivery

Every tile is handpainted by our skilled artisans using time-honored techniques, then carefully packaged and shipped with 100% carbon emissions offset.

Custom Handpainted Pricing & Timeline

Development Cost & Minimums

A fee of $500 per screen covers custom artwork and two physical samples, with a 100 piece minimum per screen required. There is no minimum for a custom colorway using standard colors.

Product Pricing

Custom Handpainted Tile incurs an increase on the final product price due to the highly skilled artisan labor involved. Detailed pricing will be provided during your consultation.

Timelines

Digital artwork for a custom screen is typically created in 1–3 business days. Full production lead times will be provided during your consultation, once your final sample is approved.
