• Where do you ship in-stock tile?

  Can’t find the perfect tile near you? In stock tile purchased through our website is available to ship to all 50 US states. For international Quick Ship orders, please contact our sales team at hello@fireclaytile.com or (800) 773-2226.

• Are Quick Ship tiles different from Made-to-Order?

  Most Quick Ship tile is the same tile that has delighted our Made-to-Order customers for decades. The only difference is lead time! Our Essentials ceramic tile is available exclusively in our Quick Ship Shop.

• What tiles do you have in stock?

  Our assortment of Quick Ship tiles changes frequently but we will always offer a variety of best selling ceramic tile, brick tile, glass tile and handpainted tile including field sizes, specialty shapes and sheeted mosaic tiles.

• How long does it take to ship Quick Ship tile?

  From the time of purchase it can take 5 days or less to ship your tile. This includes time for packaging and processing to ensure safe and accurate delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your region with west coast addresses typically having the shortest shipping window.

• Do you accept returns of Quick Ship tile?

  Yes. Unlike our Made-to-Order products, we do accept Quick Ship returns for a refund (less return shipping and a 15% handling fee).

• What are Factory Seconds?

  Factory Seconds are products that may have been overproduced, don't quite match the intended color, or have been discontinued. Fireclay's Factory Seconds still meet the highest standards of durability, quality, and craftsmanship, and are truly one of a kind.⁠ Please see below for additional Terms and Conditions:

• Can I sample Factory Seconds before purchasing?

  No. Factory Seconds are first come, first serve and only available while supplies last. Photos of the Seconds products should be representative of the variation to expect in your order.

• Can I order add-ons or matching trim for Factory Seconds?

  Because factory seconds are already produced, we are unable to offer color-matched add-ons or trim. In order to fulfill the needs of your project, it is recommended to purchase 20% overage due to the limited nature of our stock.
