• Billing and Shipping Address
• Company Name
• Company Phone Number
• Mobile Phone Number
• Tax ID (if tax-exempt client)
• Resale Certificates Used for Proof

The above personal information is disclosed to Fireclay Tile internal employees and your sales rep for order processing and contact communications.

Fireclay Tile does not buy or sell personal information.

To submit a request to delete the data listed above and to opt-out of sharing of personal information, please email hello@fireclaytile.com. We will get back to you within 1 business day. In order to verify your identity, you will need to provide at least three of the following pieces of your information: name, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and last transaction amount. We will match this information to the information on our systems.

PRIVACY OF CHILDREN
