Full Installation Protection
Peace of mind, guaranteed. If an accident happens during installation, your tile is protected. Only valid for residential orders.
- Installation Cost Reimbursement: Reimbursement (up to value of order) for expenses related to installation error using our tile.
- Complete Product Replacement: Replacement product for any issue related to an installation error (shipping not included). The option to refund or replace the material is at the sole discretion of Fireclay Tile.
- Waived Rush Fees: Should an installation require more product, the rush fee for any resulting add-on order is waived.
- Maker's Guarantee Included: All protections and assurances from our standard guarantee are included.
Limited Protection
Step up your confidence. Limited Protection provides our standard guarantee plus product replacement.
- Complete Product Replacement: Replacement product for any issue related to an installation error (shipping not included). The option to refund or replace the material is at the sole discretion of Fireclay Tile.

Maker's Guarantee
Included with every tile order, it’s our promise that we stand behind the quality of our craft.
- Fireclay Tile expressly warrants that our product, as delivered, will be reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
- When properly handled and installed, Fireclay Tile guarantees that its products will perform to Fireclay Tile’s specifications as described in the product literature and will meet or exceed the performance specifications outlined in ANSI A137.1 Section 7.0.
- Defective product will be replaced provided notice is given and acknowledged prior to installation, per our Terms and Conditions. Support Team to manage resolution; available via phone and e-mail.

Extended Warranty
Protect your purchase for life. Our Extended Warranty is our commitment to the enduring quality of our products.
- Limited Lifetime Coverage: The mechanical and finish warranty is extended for the limited lifetime of the product, protecting your investment for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the residence where they are installed. (Residential projects only; certain exclusions apply.)
- 90 Day Finish Exchange: Products in all available finishes can be exchanged up to 90 days from the ship date (subject to a 30% restocking fee).
Standard Warranty
Included with every Fireclay Bath order, this warranty ensures peace of mind from specification through years of enjoyment.
- Five-Year Coverage: We provide a 5-year warranty on both mechanical components (like internal cartridges and valves) and the decorative finish, ensuring seamless function and lasting beauty.
- Flexible Returns: Products in our 5 Core finishes may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (less a 30% restocking fee), provided they are in original, unused condition.
