Rae Rockwell: The Studebaker Theater Bar

The bar at Chicago’s historic Studebaker exudes sophistication in Hunter Green. Designer Rae Rockwell used a combination of 4” Hexagon and 2x8 Ceramic Tile in this opulent matte glaze across the bar front and arched alcove to nod to the theater’s 19th-century roots while bringing it firmly into the modern age.
