What Happens After I Purchase a Package?
Once you’ve selected your package and checked out on our site, your dedicated design consultant will be in touch within 48 hours to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, you’ll interactively discuss your vision, review your materials, and refine the design plan to ensure all your needs are met.
For this meeting, make sure to come prepared with:
Floor plans and/or images of your space with specific measurements
Inspiration images
Your favorite glaze colors and shapes
Any other finishes you plan to use (wallpaper, vanity, paint colors)
Timeline and budget details
Hardware finishes, fixtures, lighting, etc.
The initial design concepts are typically ready for review within 2-3 weeks after your first consultation, depending on the complexity of your project. If you’re trying to decide between several glaze colors or a couple of patterns, we’ll provide 2-3 options per design so everything is clearly laid out for you to make an informed decision.
If you receive your renderings and decide to go in another direction, we’ve got you covered. One round of revisions is included in each package, and additional revisions can be purchased if necessary.
