This incredible transformation from garage to charming bungalow on HGTV’s Mash-up Our Home is all about bright harmony. Designers Kele Dobrinski and Christina Valencia of Colossus used 2x8 Ceramic Tile in warm white Tusk with an eye-catching peachy pop of Tumbleweed to create a classic backsplash with a twist-- blending the homeowners’ individual styles effortlessly.
This historic San Francisco Craftsman gets a contemporary upgrade with a kitchen Ceramic Tile and Glazed Thin Brick. A floor of 6" Hexagon Tiles in Antique carries the richness of the home's woodwork into the kitchen while the Glazed Thin Brick wall in White Mountains adds light tones to match the modern countertops and appliances.
This spacious kitchen calls for neutrals you’ll notice. 8x8 Tile in matte Magnetite covers the floors to contrast the bright whites, while a backsplash of Glazed Thin Brick in sandy Elk, finished with long and short Glazed Edge Trim, warms the palette with an organic texture against the smooth marble and contemporary cabinets.
Blending inspiration from the old and the new, this sunny subway tiled kitchen reflects the owner's love of color and playfully eclectic aesthetic.
With six weeks to tackle the One Room Challenge, designer and photographer Erin Kestenbaum knew our 2x8 Tile in Shell would perfectly complement her Connecticut home's historical roots.
Please Note: Shell was discontinued in 2019. For a look like this, try Milky Way!
