City of Knowledge Islamic School is an Islamic K-12 school in Pomona, California established in 1994 by Iraqi immigrants who wanted to preserve Islamic customs among their youth. We were thrilled to partner with Loc Architects to create this custom mosaic that carries on the historic role of tile in Islamic art and architecture.
Stay tuned to see this one come together!

Nobody does modern desert style better than The Joshua Tree House. Case in point: their Tucson studio, where Glazed Thin Brick in desert-neutral Mojave is laid in a herringbone pattern to create a floor that’s beautiful from every angle.
Great design goes a long way to make a place feel like home. The dining room at Hilltop Reserve Senior Living gets the midcentury treatment with an elegant fireplace of Glazed Thin Brick in glowing Columbia Plateau, plus a fire suppression system cleverly adorned in matching brick.

With homey seating areas and soothing colors, the staff room in Detroit Achievement Academy was designed to feel as special and joyful as the student-filled rooms. A charming backsplash of Large Diamond Ceramic Tile in cool blue Morning Thaw anchors the lounge’s kitchen (fun fact: this is leftover tile from Fireclay’s donation to their sister school, Detroit Prep!). We love a good reduce, reuse, recycle moment!
