The Brownstone Boys channeled the Island of Enchantment in this vivacious bathroom inspired by the homeowner’s Puerto Rico upbringing. Handpainted Valencia Tile in a custom colorway reminiscent of Old San Juan’s cobblestone streets adorns the accent wall and arched shower niche, complemented by a floor of 8x8 Tile in Blue Velvet and walls of 4x8 Tile in White Wash.
Claire Thomas reached for Mosaic Tile to ensure that every square inch of her Hollyhock Cabin bathroom was filled with charm. Surrounding the clawfoot tub, 3x3 Ceramic Mosaic Tile in Haystack and Sunflower was laid in a golden plaid pattern and completed with pops of Crater Lake blue in this folklore-inspired Big Bear retreat.
Hoopes Vineyard is well-versed in vintage reds, so it’s no surprise that they chose Star & Cross Tile in rich Red Rock to adorn their guest house bathroom floor. A complementing shower clad with 4x4 and 2x2 Ceramic Tile in soft pink Dawn rounds out this spa-like space in the heart of Napa Valley.
In the heart of Napa Valley, Hoopes Vineyard’s luxurious guest house is filled with design as good as its premium wine–like this bathroom! 3x12 Ceramic Tile in lilac Evening Glow clads the walls in an attractive herringbone pattern, complete with coordinating 2” Sheeted Mosaic Hexagon Tile across the floor.
The magic of mauve! This jewel box of a bathroom at Hoopes Vineyard’s guest house shows off our soft purple Dust Storm’s beautiful color variation across the walls with 6x6 Ceramic Tile and the floor in coordinating 1x6 Mosaic Sheeted Tile.
This enchanting seafoam green shower is all about the details. 4x4 tile on the walls and mosaic 2" hexagons on the pan grace the room with rich color, but look closer and the expertly installed shower niches finished with glazed edge trim and the double radius bullnose curb trim pieces put this shower in a class of its own.
Handmade Star and Cross tile in soothing green Eucalyptus turns this floor into a work of art, with clean 3x12 transitions between the bathroom and entry room and hardwood border.
Mokuyobi is known for its whimsical and colorful designs, so it’s no surprise that its flagship store is every bit as fun thanks to an immersive custom mosaic that greets patrons as they walk inside. 2x2 Mosaic Tile in Ember, Sorbet, Tuolumne Meadows, Lichen, Aegean Sea, and Daisy create colorful patterns and wayfinding signage alike in this nostalgic, one-of-a-kind design.
Experience the pattern play of the Block Shop x Fireclay Tile Handpainted Collection in practice at Des Moine's stylish rental property Foxcroft Estate. Handpainted Dot Dash 1 Tile makes a bold black and white grid pattern across the shower with 3" Hexagons in Seaglass covering the floor with a tasteful hint of green. And kudos to the team at Foxcroft for preserving the original 1940s pink tile uncovered during the renovation!
With two stripes of 6x6 Ceramic Tile in Lemon Cream, designer Emily Vallely-Pertzborn injected some sporty spice into this otherwise green wall and shower clad with 6x6 Tile in Clover. A soft pink floor of 8x8 Tile in Dawn rounds out the retro vibes of the basement bathroom in Emily’s Foxcroft Estate rental.
A beautiful space to prepare to say “I do,” Foxcroft Estate’s bridal suite is a stunning combination of midcentury colors and a Dorothy Draper-inspired checkerboard floor with a twist thanks to Handpainted Squiggle Tile in Charcoal Motif (from our collab with Block Shop Textiles!).
For a tropical vacation in the heart of Iowa, look no further than Foxcroft Estate’s basement Tiki Bar! With a colorful floor of Scalene Triangle Tile in Desert Bloom and Palm Tree, the rattan bar, lush wallpaper, and wainscoting with built-in bench clad in 6x6 Ceramic Tile in Lemon Cream has us craving a Mai Tai.
Cats don't exactly love water but these fancy felines certainly approve of this shower design! A combination of handmade Paseo Tile in vibrant Peacock and an understated Handpainted Ginkgo in White Motif creates a refreshing pattern-filled oasis (leopard print not included).
