Warm up to Neutrals

Warm up to Neutrals

Now that summer is winding down, it's time to cozy up and break out your favorite Fall essentials.  For us that means welcoming our newest selection of warm Express neutrals.  From creamy whites to earthy browns, these naturally neutral hues will add just the right amount of cozy to your space, keeping you warm all winter long.

Tile colors shown: French Linen, Shetland Wool, Barnwood, and Quail Feather

Perfect for celebrating the simple beauty of nature, these earthy chic hues are classic yet sophisticated.  We love how the kitchen below pairs a warm white similar to French Linen with rich wood cabinetry, and earth-toned accents.  The vertical layout adds visual interest while highlighting the simple beauty of the minimalist design.

When paired with lighter tones, these warm neutrals will beautifully reflect light, making them a perfect choice for spaces that have large windows and an abundance of natural light.  The kitchen below uses a cabinet color similar to Shetland Wool paired with a bright white straight set tile to create a sense of airy sophistication in their light and bright kitchen.  If you love neutrals but crave some color, try adding a pop of a naturally vibrant hue, such as your favorite greenery.

Just like your favorite throw blanket, these new neutrals are inviting and warm.  The kitchen below pairs a color similar to Barnwood with natural cabinets, and sleek, modern fixtures.  The look is classic, yet contemporary and oh-so ready for those chilly winter months.

If you prefer your neutrals to be a little more dramatic, try Quail Feather.  Rich and satisfying, this earthy brown leaves us wanting to curl up with a hot cup of coffee and a good book.  Because this color is a bit darker, we suggest pairing it with white walls, and contrasting finishes.
