Are you working on a kitchen project? Or rather, have you been wanting to work on your kitchen but haven't gotten around to it? It's a new year, which has a lot of us thinking about resolutions and projects we've been putting on the back burner (pun intended) and there is no time like the present to get your kitchen up to speed, whether it be in a residential or commercial space.
All of our materials are well suited for a kitchen application, from flooring to the backsplash, but if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We offer complimentary design assistance, along with digital renderings (for projects 75 SqFt and above) and we're just a call, email or chat away.
Below we'll walk you through your options.
Brick:
With enough colors and versatility to compliment nearly any space, our Glazed Thin Brick is ideal for both residential and commercial kitchens.
Try our bright white Snow brick with a darker grout color to show off an offset pattern as they have done at the Detroit restaurant, Selden Standard.

You can also try less classic patterns with our brick, such as a herringbone or parquet:

Tile:
We have two types of tile, our recycled clay our white clay body (more on that here) and both can be used in kitchen applications, from the flooring to your backsplash. Now you just have to decide which of our many colors you are going to choose...along with the size and shape too. Handmade in 2-4 weeks (depending on quantity), our tiles are available in a bevy of field sizes and specialty shapes, so from classic subway to the trending geometric, we've got you covered.
Try a sleek 2x8 in a soft neutral for a fresh look like the kitchen below.

Geometric shapes were big last year and we're guessing they will continue to be a favorite. Try a shape like our Picket set horizontally:

Our tile can go to work in commercial spaces too. The Berkeley restaurant, The Advocate chose 4x4 tiles, along with our Brick for this beautiful space.

Handpainted:
With five handpainted collections to choose from, it can be difficult to decide on the pattern you love the most. Ranging from classic to contemporary, our handpainted tiles can fit seamlessly into an array of design styles. You also have the ability to customize our patterns based on the colors you are interested in, check out our COLOR-IT Tool and create your own design. Also, keep in mind that handpainted orders have the longest lead times at 4-6 weeks.
We love how the beautiful kitchen below pairs two handpainted patterns, Persian Star and Sintra. Pairing handpainted is simplified by sticking to neutral or white motifs. Interested in a two-toned look? Visit our Pinterest board for more inspiration.
